Base Salary
$103k - $211k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in pre-sales discovery, document business and technical requirements, and help translate proposed solutions into Scopes of Work.
- Collaborate with Practice Directors, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to estimate implementation effort and identify delivery skills.
- Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, project kickoffs, demonstrations, and client status discussions.
- Design, configure, test, document, deploy, and support scalable Salesforce solutions and assigned implementation workstreams.
- Build and maintain Salesforce automation, data models, security and sharing configurations, reports, dashboards, and other platform components.
- Support integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, issue resolution, user acceptance testing, quality assurance, end-user training, and post-launch support.
Requirements
- Hands-on competency configuring and building Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certification, plus Salesforce certifications or specializations beyond the core platform.
- At least 4 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform and recent experience configuring, testing, and deploying production solutions.
- Experience across the full implementation lifecycle from discovery and solution design through build, testing, deployment, and support.
- Experience providing business, operational, and technical consulting and translating stakeholder requirements into platform solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with client and prospect stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Ability to manage multiple project workstreams or priorities while meeting quality and timeline expectations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, guide less-experienced team members, log time daily, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Flow, Agentforce, Data360, security and sharing, data modeling, reports and dashboards, integrations, and data migration.
- Bachelor's degree.
