Base Salary
$220k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, demonstrations, collaborative pilots, trainings, onboarding, and enablement for legal teams.
- Understand customer legal workflows and design tailored Harvey solutions, including agents, playbooks, and other custom tools.
- Build relationships with lawyers, general counsel, group heads, executives, and other senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and strategic customer conversations while demonstrating practical AI use cases.
- Translate legal practice needs and customer feedback into actionable input for product and engineering teams.
- Prototype and refine no-code custom solutions against sample documents in collaboration with customers.
Requirements
- JD or equivalent legal qualification.
- At least 3 years of practicing law in-house, at a top-tier law firm, or advising a sophisticated corporate legal team.
- Strong understanding of in-house legal workflows, challenges, demands, and the balance between legal risk and business priorities.
- Executive presence, relationship-building ability, and credibility with legal and business stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead live demos and workshops.
- Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform legal work and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to drive results and optimize customer outcomes.
- Cross-functional experience, sales or customer-facing experience, and hands-on use of AI tools in legal practice are preferred.
Benefits
- Compensation is listed as $220,000–$320,000 USD OTE with a 75/25 split.
- Travel is expected approximately 2–3 or more times per month, typically for 1–3 days and only for significant business needs.
