Responsibilities
- Own and execute 10–15+ concurrent partner integrations from requirements scoping through development, testing, go-live, and long-term stability.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for partner engineering and product teams, including evaluating API capabilities and resolving implementation issues.
- Partner with Engineering to identify API gaps, prioritize integration solutions, and make architecture decisions about data flow.
- Document and standardize integration patterns to accelerate onboarding of future vendors.
- Create and maintain partner sandbox organizations, test data, and internal test-data tooling.
- Prioritize concurrent workstreams, manage dependencies, escalate blockers, and keep launches on schedule.
- Contribute to partner documentation, API usage monitoring, partner certification, and self-service vendor and sandbox tooling.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Partnerships, Integrations, or Backend Engineering.
- Strong understanding of system architecture fundamentals and APIs, with the ability to read and reason about Python or similar code.
- Experience working directly with external technical stakeholders, including vendor engineering or customer technical teams.
- Ability to manage numerous concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines and make effective technical tradeoffs.
- Strong ownership, prioritization, communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred exposure to proptech, utility billing, collections, payments, or ledger workflows.
