Base Salary
$100k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and integration for strategic partners using Melio APIs and SDKs.
- Diagnose, reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve integration, configuration, and API usage issues across pre- and post-launch phases.
- Act as a liaison between partner technical teams and Melio Engineering and Product teams, escalating issues requiring code fixes or deeper investigation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and best-practice examples.
- Translate partner business requirements into technical specifications and design integration solutions with Business Development and Product.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Partner Engineering, focused on API/SDK integrations.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and modern software development practices.
- Hands-on SQL experience with relational databases, schemas, and table relationships for data retrieval and validation.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving complex multi-system technical challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple partner engagements autonomously and proactively.
- Experience with payments, fintech, or B2B platforms is preferred.
- Experience coding with JavaScript or TypeScript is preferred.
