Base Salary
$75k - $93k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to lead the full pre-sales lifecycle for small to mid-sized opportunities.
- Deliver tailored software demonstrations and explain business value to customer stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery sessions, map requirements to Diligent solutions, and define proof-of-concept or sandbox success criteria.
- Design and present solution architectures, end-to-end solution flows, data movements, and high-level integrations.
- Own the technical win for small to mid-sized opportunities and contribute to technical strategy on larger deals.
- Engage stakeholders across Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, IT, Controls, and Governance.
- Configure and maintain demo and sandbox environments reflecting current product capabilities and customer use cases.
- Capture customer and domain feedback for Product teams.
- Apply risk and audit knowledge and relevant regulatory and industry frameworks in customer discussions.
- Co-lead selected webinars, industry events, and thought-leadership initiatives.
Requirements
- Requires 1–3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Controls, IT Risk, Compliance, GRC, or a related field.
- Experience working with SaaS solutions, including independently delivering demonstrations or evaluations for at least one solution area, or quickly ramping on new SaaS platforms.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
- Comfort partnering with Sales and contributing to commercial outcomes.
- Working knowledge of risk and audit concepts and frameworks such as COSO ERM, COSO Internal Control, SOX, IIA Standards, ISO 27001, NIST, and CMMC.
- Curiosity, self-direction, willingness to deepen technical and domain knowledge, and openness to coaching and feedback.
