Base Salary
$90k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand strategic goals, business drivers, and desired outcomes and create customized adoption plans.
- Lead the design and implementation of tailored solutions while managing constraints and timelines.
- Develop and deliver training programs for users with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product functionality, industry practices, and customer behaviors.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Customer Success, Service and Support, and Product Development teams to resolve issues and influence product decisions.
- Develop standard operating procedures to improve the Technical Consulting Team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and maintain documentation covering product and procedural best practices.
- Use AI tools to accelerate recurring work, qualify client use cases, manage the client book, and prepare documentation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working with clients in the investment management industry.
- Experience leading client-facing meetings and presentations, including with executive-level audiences.
- Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Demonstrated productive use of AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, including multi-turn prompting and critical evaluation of outputs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with a team.
- Willingness to travel nationally up to 10% as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- API implementation experience is a plus.
- Previous technical consulting experience helping customers achieve outcomes is a plus.
