Base Salary
$145k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to lead technical calls and understand customer goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Serve as the technical expert for enterprise customers using the Base44 platform, including its capabilities, integration patterns, and best practices.
- Design, build, and present custom demos and proofs of concept that address real-world business problems.
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues during pre-sales, proofs of concept, and implementation by analyzing API and webhook logs and tracing root causes.
- Translate customer feedback and complex use cases into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain reusable solutions and best-practice guides for customers and internal teams.
- Experiment with platform features and explore new possibilities for what can be built.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in solution engineering or technical pre-sales.
- Hands-on experience with web technologies, APIs, data structures, webhooks, and data modeling.
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Creative and strategic problem-solving ability.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including analyzing API responses, logs, and webhook payloads.
- Experience with JavaScript, React, or other modern frontend frameworks is a significant advantage.
- Passion for and experience with low-code/no-code or AI-driven development tools.

- Base compensation is listed at $145K-$205/yr, with additional variable compensation and company RSUs.
