Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver consumer and enterprise web applications using Java and Spring Boot or Spring Cloud.
- Write maintainable, testable, and performant software in collaboration with the development team.
- Participate in code reviews and perform extensive testing to ensure high-quality software.
- Research new technologies and tools and share findings with the team.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members while improving development workflows and processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and delivering modern production-grade web applications in a team environment, including leading teams and projects.
- Very strong Java programming skills using Spring Boot or Spring Cloud.
- Front-end JavaScript framework experience with React, Angular, or a similar framework.
- Deep understanding of modern web application components, including APIs, templating, routing, data storage, design patterns, optimization, caching, and security.
- Fundamental knowledge of HTTP, the DOM, SSL, and web servers.
- Fluency with relational databases or NoSQL databases.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is preferred.
- Experience with GraphQL, Terraform, CI/CD, or Adobe Experience Manager is preferred.
