Responsibilities
- Design and engineer large-scale systems capable of handling high volumes of financial transactions.
- Develop, test, measure, and iterate customer-facing product features from idea through delivery.
- Lead technical initiatives and architectural decisions from design through implementation.
- Mentor junior developers through guidance, knowledge sharing, and hands-on collaboration.
- Resolve complex technical and business problems using creative and analytical approaches.
- Create documentation and improve processes to support domain knowledge sharing.
- Own code quality, engineering excellence, and best practices across systems.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience developing large-scale applications.
- Experience with PHP or Java is preferred, with willingness to work with PHP or Java; experience with Go, C#, or Python is also valued.
- Proven experience leading architectural decisions and technical initiatives and delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and implementing strategies to support team growth and skill development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex problems and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills, a product-first approach, and the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to take accountability for tasks and proactively identify improvements in technical or business areas.
- A mindset focused on consistently delivering customer value while balancing speed and quality.
