Responsibilities
- Design and build the internal infrastructure and CI/CD platform used by 30+ development groups and more than 180 services.
- Develop scalable full-stack solutions primarily in Python, with growing use of Node.js and integrated AI capabilities.
- Own observability tooling and vendor integrations, primarily using Dynatrace.
- Support and integrate AWS infrastructure across regions.
- Provide technical oversight, define architectural standards, recommend policy and process changes, and mentor engineers across teams.
- Own cross-team technical domains and drive reusable software patterns, reliability improvements, scalability, and interdependent roadmaps.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Strong understanding of common architecture patterns and company-wide infrastructure.
- Experience using large language models or similar AI technologies to generate, interpret, and improve codebases.
- Experience across a broad development-tool surface, including Cursor and Claude.
- Expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Track record of owning a domain and defining cross-team, interdependent roadmaps.
- Demonstrated success mentoring or providing technical leadership to other engineers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- AWS, Kubernetes, or Terraform certifications are preferred.
