Base Salary
$140k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more teams of virtual developers using Cognition AI’s Devin or similar coding-agent toolsets.
- Design and develop GenAI-based products, features, and agents using modern technologies and coding tools.
- Write clean, maintainable, extensible code with minimal defects and apply software and security best practices.
- Research, evaluate, document, and socialize emerging GenAI technologies, development agents, and coding assistants.
- Translate product and feature ideas into technical designs and development tasks while managing priorities, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and other organizational groups to identify and deliver GenAI solutions.
- Conduct sessions and webinars to disseminate GenAI knowledge throughout the Engineering department.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and web APIs.
- At least 2 years of experience with React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte and TypeScript.
- At least 1 year of experience with SQL Azure or SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and unit testing frameworks such as Unknit or MSTest.
- Experience with GitHub and preferably Microsoft Visual Studio Code or Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or related experience.
- Strong visioning, communication, problem-solving, collaboration, independent-thinking, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Azure, AWS, GCP, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor, Codex, Devin, large language models, prompt engineering, embeddings/vectorization/semantic similarity, and RAG.
