Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, reliable Agent runtimes and execution engines for complex tasks.
- Build resource model abstraction, lifecycle management, configuration management, and external-facing OpenAPIs with authentication, rate limiting, metering, and billing.
- Develop Agent evaluation frameworks and unified integrations for Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode.
- Build metrics collection, trace replay, bad-case analysis, and cost and latency analytics capabilities.
- Improve performance, reliability, security, stability, and observability for high-concurrency online services.
- Explore emerging Agent technologies and productize platform capabilities to improve developer productivity.
Requirements
- Completing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in computing or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in at least one of Golang, Python, Rust, or Java, with solid coding and system design skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered coding tools and understanding of LLMs and Agent architectures, including tool calling, context management, long-horizon execution, and self-invocation.
- Familiarity with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native infrastructure, distributed systems, task scheduling, observability, resource isolation, and network access control.
- Experience with microservice architecture, backend technologies such as MySQL and Redis, message queues, API design, data modeling, and high-concurrency, low-latency services.
- Preferred qualifications include production Agent-system experience, use of Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, Kubernetes controller and Operator/CRD development, container runtimes, virtualization, serverless platforms, cloud-provider PaaS, multi-tenant systems, and large-scale data storage and retrieval.
