Responsibilities
- Build and ship features end to end across the stack using React and Python.
- Translate logistics problems into user-friendly products.
- Contribute to system design and architectural decisions.
- Write clean, well-tested code and conduct thoughtful code reviews.
- Debug and resolve production issues across frontend and backend.
- Build responsive, high-performance interfaces with attention to detail.
- Support a strong engineering culture through mentorship and shared ownership.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications.
- Strong skills in React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and component-driven architecture.
- Proficiency in Python and modern backend frameworks.
- Experience with GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- Solid system design, coding, and testing skills on both frontend and backend.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
