Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated test suites across mobile and backend surfaces.
- Create coverage for unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing.
- Integrate automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines and ensure tests run on every commit.
- Monitor production systems, identify anomalies, support incident response, and drive root-cause fixes.
- Collaborate with engineers to embed quality practices throughout the development process.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining automated test infrastructure for consumer-facing mobile or web products.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Appium, Espresso, XCTest, or equivalent.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and at least one observability or monitoring tool.
- Experience using AI tools to write tests, diagnose failures, or improve engineering productivity.
- Strong focus on reliability, production monitoring, clear communication, and collaboration.
- Experience with AI-assisted QA tools, mobile app testing at consumer scale, and SLO and error-budget concepts is preferred.
