Responsibilities
- Stand up and lead the Retail AI GTM Pod to source, qualify, prioritize, and scale AI applications across sales and onboarding.
- Evaluate build, buy, or borrow approaches and convert selected experiments into production tools with lifecycle ownership.
- Create and execute a sprint-based technical roadmap focused on improving Productivity Per Rep and reducing administrative effort.
- Build, harden, deploy, monitor, and maintain AI pipelines, agentic workflows, API services, model inference systems, and orchestration layers.
- Integrate AI outputs with Salesforce, Snowflake, and Taskray while preserving enterprise pipeline integrity.
- Build data validation and auditability frameworks and enforce authentication, authorization, secrets management, output access controls, and LLM risk mitigations.
- Coordinate with Revenue Operations, Marketing AI, Business Technology, engineering, and central enterprise teams on shared AI initiatives.
- Develop AI fluency, enablement, training, and adoption analytics for sales representatives, onboarding consultants, and managers.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a technical, analytical, or GTM operations role with ownership of the full deployment lifecycle for applied AI applications, RAG pipelines, or agentic workflows.
- Advanced hands-on proficiency with the Gemini Suite, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code.
- Experience deploying and operating AI backend systems in production with reliability, observability, incident response, monitoring, alerting, rollback procedures, and model version management.
- Familiarity with application security practices including authentication, authorization, secrets management, output access controls, prompt injection, and data exfiltration mitigation.
- Experience working in an agile engineering model with technical backlogs, sprint cycles, and scrum boards.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skills across enterprise forums and business units.
- Ability to travel to the United States as needed.
- Software engineering or computer science background and ability to write functional code in Python, JavaScript, or an equivalent language are preferred.
- Experience building robust API integrations, familiarity with B2B SaaS and retail technology, and experience scaling AI programs for non-technical users are preferred.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience as a technical founder or builder, is preferred.
