Responsibilities

  • Deploy and configure cloud infrastructure and install the Imagen software solution for customer projects.
  • Configure ImagenWeb using platform editing tools for customer-specific deployments.
  • Write and execute bespoke data-migration processes.
  • Develop scripts and automation for delivery and content-onboarding workflows.
  • Ensure services meet operability requirements through monitoring, alerting, logging, documentation, runbooks, and handover before go-live.
  • Reduce incidents through root-cause analysis, problem management, and automation.
  • Support incident resolution, service recovery, and customer issue resolution with operations and technical support teams.
  • Maintain service levels during changes and service transitions.
  • Communicate with customers through meetings, email, phone, and conference calls.
  • Participate in delivery planning, operational standards, continuous improvement, and required on-call support.

Requirements

  • Experience with AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Lambda, and Function Apps.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
  • Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting proprietary software.
  • Experience with Python or Windows PowerShell scripting and SQL.
  • Thorough understanding of networking standards and protocols.
  • Experience with current Windows Server operating systems and troubleshooting IT issues.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, prioritization, and customer-delivery skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Preferred: 3 to 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or technical operations.
  • Preferred: familiarity with monitoring and observability tools, ITIL-style incident/problem/change management, and media, broadcast, or video workflows.
  • Preferred: working knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS, XML, and XSL transformation.
  • Preferred: relevant Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer, AWS, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or ITIL 4 certifications.
  • Preferred: degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
