Base Salary
$170k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design the engine for ad delivery inside AI experiences and its supporting infrastructure.
- Build an ad decisioning pipeline for candidate retrieval, scoring, filtering, and final ranking under strict latency SLAs.
- Develop a lightweight publisher SDK that AI application developers can integrate quickly.
- Build delivery infrastructure for pacing, frequency capping, budget management, and campaign throttling.
- Create observability dashboards tracking auction win rates, fill rates, revenue, and latency percentiles.
- Scale infrastructure that processes millions of requests per minute and is expected to grow substantially.
Requirements
- Evidence of technical excellence and strong engineering design and low-level systems understanding.
- Experience building an AI agent harness or multi-agent workflow, low-latency network infrastructure and data pipelines, scalable self-healing infrastructure, high-frequency trading systems, or comparable systems.
- Ability to operate independently, take extreme ownership, ship quickly, and use AI effectively to increase impact.
- Commitment to technical craftsmanship and ethical operation.
