Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend and frontend services using NodeJS, Python, and ReactJS.
- Architect and implement scalable features and services that meet business requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and documented code following software development best practices.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and backend issues while optimizing applications for speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, Customer Support, and QA teams to deliver features and resolve incidents, bugs, and requests.
- Contribute to development process improvements, including continuous integration and deployment strategies.
- Use AI tools such as code assistants, automated testing tools, and log analyzers to streamline development work.
- Participate in planning sessions, retrospectives, and team discussions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in web application development.
- Deep understanding of building high-performance, decoupled, testable, and maintainable software.
- Experience designing architecture and maintaining software-as-a-service applications at scale.
- Strong backend development experience with NodeJS and SQL databases.
- Excellent JavaScript and NodeJS skills.
- Proficiency with React and experience in UI/UX development.
- Strong understanding of software development and design principles including DRY, KISS, and SOLID.
- Good communication, teamwork, organization, problem-solving, leadership, and attention-to-detail skills.
- GraphQL, React Hooks, and Google Cloud Platform experience are preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
