Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend and frontend services using NodeJS, Python, and ReactJS.
- Architect and implement scalable features and services that meet business requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, documented, and testable code following software development best practices.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and backend issues.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, security, and data protection.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, customer support, and QA teams to deliver features and resolve incidents, bugs, and requests.
- Contribute to improvements in development and continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Use AI tools such as code assistants, automated testing tools, and log analyzers to streamline development work.
- Participate actively in planning, team discussions, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in web application development.
- Deep understanding of building high-performance, decoupled, testable, and maintainable code.
- Experience designing architecture and maintaining software as a service at scale.
- Expertise in backend development using NodeJS and SQL databases.
- Excellent JavaScript and NodeJS skills.
- Proficiency with React and experience in UI/UX development.
- Strong understanding of software development and design principles including DRY, KISS, and SOLID.
- Good English communication, organizational, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Experience with GraphQL, React Hooks, and Google Cloud Platform services is a plus.
