Alpha Solution Architect, Managing Director
State StreetResponsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of solutions for Asset Owner and OCIO clients using the front-to-back office platform.
- Build client relationships, understand requirements, and communicate the value of proposed solutions.
- Analyze client workflows to identify optimization and automation opportunities.
- Use data analysis to inform solution design and identify risks and challenges.
- Gather and document requirements with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee projects from initial design through implementation and ongoing support.
- Develop subject matter expertise in the front-to-back office platform and its capabilities.
- Support business development by providing consultative guidance to prospective clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably focused on Asset Management, Asset Owners, and OCIO workflows and models.
- Experience in Front Office or Private Markets within the Asset Owner or OCIO segment.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex solutions.
- Deep understanding of front-, middle-, and back-office operations, including deal structuring, allocation, payouts, exit strategy, and valuations.
- Knowledge of portfolio management theory and application.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg AIM, BRS Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, FactSet, Fidessa Minerva, StatPro, and ORION.
- CAIA or CFA is a plus.
