Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on cybersecurity initiatives for Salesforce-based Sales Platforms.
- Assess technology solutions, platform configurations, integrations, access controls, and data protection for cybersecurity risks.
- Design, implement, and manage secure architecture, engineering standards, technical controls, and cybersecurity practices.
- Identify vulnerabilities and security gaps and recommend technical remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, technology, product, business, and Salesforce platform teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and cross-functional colleagues.
- Investigate complex security and technical challenges and recommend solutions based on risk, feasibility, and business requirements.
- Evaluate emerging and AI-enabled technologies from a cybersecurity and governance perspective.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes, standards, controls, and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or comparable professional experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 4 years of professional cybersecurity experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in software engineering, cybersecurity engineering, or a closely related technical engineering discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience working with or supporting Salesforce solutions while applying cybersecurity or engineering principles.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, security engineering, technology risk identification, and mitigation.
- Knowledge of enterprise application and platform security, identity and access management, authentication, authorization, data protection, integrations, and secure configuration.
- Knowledge of security controls across design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Understanding of cybersecurity risk assessment, threat identification, vulnerability management, cloud security, and SaaS security.
- Ability to understand technical architectures, integrations, data flows, and platform configurations from a cybersecurity perspective.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders and influencing engineering and security decisions without direct authority.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile or other iterative technology delivery environments.
