Responsibilities
- Develop product features and maintain existing components.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Python backend services and APIs.
- Write unit tests and code documentation.
- Implement instrumentation and logging for debugging.
- Run performance tests, optimize code, and eliminate memory leaks.
- Debug and fix issues arising during development and testing.
- Support issue diagnosis and resolution for the Support team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or computer application.
- At least 6 years of software development experience.
- Strong Python programming experience.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with asynchronous programming.
- Hands-on experience with OCR technologies.
- Knowledge of backend technologies, database integration, API design, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software development best practices.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and issue-resolution skills.
