Base Salary
$137k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and roadmap of Ping’s internal IAM practice.
- Own the design and operation of internal identity platforms.
- Act as the internal owner of Ping’s identity architecture.
- Partner with product teams to evaluate and adopt new capabilities.
- Define identity requirements and improve processes with stakeholders.
- Lead role engineering efforts and ensure accurate access models.
- Drive operational execution for SSO, MFA, and provisioning.
- Troubleshoot complex authentication and access issues.
- Maintain standards and documentation for IAM operations.
- Manage a lab environment for testing new integrations.
- Serve as an internal IAM thought leader.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Proven experience owning complex IAM platforms.
- Experience with DaVinci flows for WIAM and CIAM.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ping Identity products.
- Expertise in identity standards and protocols like SAML and OAuth.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across authentication and access flows.
- Experience defining roles and permissions in business terms.
- Understanding of identity lifecycle processes.
- Experience implementing IAM controls and governance processes.
- Knowledge of identity-related infrastructure and technologies.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to operate independently and drive change.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
