Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture design for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations.
- Define solution roadmaps, architecture blueprints, and enterprise CRM best practices with clients and stakeholders.
- Design integrations between Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and third-party applications using Azure Integration Services, Dataverse, and APIs.
- Oversee technical delivery, architecture governance, solution design, development, and deployment.
- Support pre-sales through solution demonstrations, proposal writing, and client presentations.
- Mentor and coach technical teams and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and Power BI.
- Strong background in enterprise architecture, integration patterns, Azure, Dataverse, and API management.
- Experience with security, compliance, governance, DevOps, CI/CD, and ALM practices for Power Platform solutions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and lead technical discussions.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, influence, and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
