Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for agentic AI.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI services, and Power Platform.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, data sources, and workflows using Azure and Microsoft Power Platform services.
- Contribute to solution and technical design aligned with security, governance, scalability, and operational standards.
- Participate in client workshops, technical discussions, and solution-shaping sessions.
- Support pre-sales activities through technical input, solution design, and proof-of-concept development.
- Develop reusable assets, patterns, and accelerators for AI and automation capabilities.
- Contribute to internal AI and Data communities of practice and stay current with Microsoft AI technologies.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience with Azure services used in AI solutions, including Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Experience working with Azure AI Foundry or equivalent AI development capabilities on Azure.
- Awareness of governance, security, and responsible AI considerations in enterprise environments.
- Experience working in consulting or professional services organizations.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to build, test, deploy, and support production-grade solutions.
- Understanding of agentic AI concepts, orchestration patterns, and multi-agent solutions.
- Experience designing and delivering AI-driven or automation solutions in client-facing environments.
- Strong expertise in prompt engineering, including optimization, testing, evaluation, and guardrail design.
- Microsoft certifications in AI, Power Platform, or Azure are desirable.
