Base Salary
$143k - $304k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate highly scalable, resilient, customer-focused cloud services.
- Solve complex large-scale technical challenges across the Azure Compute platform.
- Own features end to end from design and implementation through deployment and operations.
- Drive service excellence across scalability, availability, security, reliability, disaster recovery, and performance.
- Partner across teams to deliver platform capabilities and customer outcomes.
- Champion engineering practices through code reviews, design reviews, testing, monitoring, and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Coding experience in one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree and 8+ years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
