Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available microservices using C#, .NET Core, Go, TypeScript, gRPC, and the ABP framework.
- Design and deploy enterprise PAM and IDAM solutions, including integrations with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp Vault, and SCIM.
- Own end-to-end continuous delivery using Origin CI, Kargo, and WoK.
- Implement unit, functional, Playwright end-to-end, performance, scalability, reliability, load, and stress testing.
- Build cross-platform services and native desktop applications for macOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Implement telemetry, logging, and tracing to monitor service health, reduce latency, and support SLA/SLO compliance.
- Mentor engineers, conduct RFC reviews, establish AI-assisted engineering governance, and build shared team skill libraries.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Infrastructure teams on technical debt, legacy refactoring, and standardized engineering practices.
- Participate in incident management and contribute to post-incident reviews.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with proven leadership as a Lead Architect or Senior Staff Engineer.
- Deep expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, the ABP Framework, Go, gRPC, and RESTful APIs.
- Advanced proficiency with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and DocumentDB architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and custom CI/CD automation pipelines.
- Proficiency with automated testing, including Playwright for end-to-end automation and load/stress testing tools.
- Direct experience establishing spec-driven AI development workflows in production teams.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Must be located in India and authorized to work there.
