Responsibilities
- Develop and establish organizational best practices for prompt engineering.
- Coach business users in creating effective prompts and maximizing AI solution usage.
- Create prompt engineering guides, templates, and other enablement resources.
- Troubleshoot and optimize prompts for improved outcomes.
- Provide hands-on technical support for business users implementing AI solutions.
- Conduct training on AI tools and prompt engineering practices.
- Help integrate AI tools into business workflows and processes.
- Document and share technical learnings and case studies.
- Evaluate new AI solutions and emerging capabilities for organizational use.
- Mentor junior technical staff and lead AI knowledge-sharing communities of practice.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with AI, machine learning, and/or LLM technologies.
- Advanced expertise in prompt engineering and AI tool utilization.
- Deep knowledge of AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical guidance for non-technical business users.
- Strong communication skills and experience with technical training and mentoring.
- Hands-on experience with multiple AI platforms and tools.
- Preferred: advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Preferred: certification in AI/ML or related technical areas.
- Preferred: experience with AI model fine-tuning and customization.
- Preferred: knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI practices.
