Responsibilities
- Design and build engaging native user experiences for the Docusign iOS application using Swift.
- Write clean, maintainable code and unit tests for application performance and stability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA, and backend engineers to implement feature requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve user-reported or automated-tool-detected application issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and code reviews.
- Stay current with Apple features, tools, and iOS updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience.
- At least 1 year of experience writing native iOS applications in Swift.
- Understanding of the iOS application lifecycle, data persistence, network communication with RESTful APIs, and Git version control.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum team environment.
- Preferred: a personal or professional app published in the Apple App Store.
- Preferred: familiarity with SwiftUI and UIKit.
- Preferred: understanding of architectural patterns such as MVVM.
- Preferred: exposure to automated testing using XCTest.
- Preferred: interest in high-quality UI/UX and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
