Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture and delivery for large enterprise healthcare implementations.
  • Translate healthcare business requirements into scalable technical designs and guide developers in implementation.
  • Own Health Cloud technical strategy, including Salesforce architecture, integrations, data models, automation, scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Define and govern integration architecture using Salesforce APIs, middleware, FHIR, HL7, and EHR/EMR integration patterns.
  • Review and approve high- and low-level designs, code, architecture decisions, performance optimization, and non-functional requirements.
  • Lead and mentor multi-shore Salesforce teams including developers, administrators, QA, and offshore delivery teams.
  • Manage delivery lifecycle activities including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, post-go-live support, Agile ceremonies, and release planning.
  • Advise business stakeholders, architects, and senior leadership on Salesforce capabilities, solution trade-offs, best practices, and roadmap planning.
  • Support user adoption through training materials, user guides, release notes, and process documentation.
  • Conduct proofs of concept, resolve complex technical issues, and drive continuous platform improvement.

Requirements

  • 5.5 or more years of total experience.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud features including Patient/Member Profiles, Care Plans, Care Programs, Care Teams, Health Timelines, Assessments, Care Gaps, and Utilization Management.
  • Hands-on leadership experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience defining integration architecture with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, FHIR, HL7, and EHR/EMR systems.
  • Strong understanding of payer/provider workflows, patient/member lifecycle management, Salesforce security, data access, sharing rules, consent management, HIPAA, and PHI.
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
  • Experience leading teams, governing architecture, conducting design and code reviews, and managing technical risks and debt.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile environments and supporting sprint planning and release management.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, stakeholder management, consulting, mentoring, and troubleshooting skills.
