Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI-enabled Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM finance solutions with automation and predictive capabilities.
- Advise CFOs and senior leaders on AI-enabled ERP strategy, analytics, forecasting, close-cycle improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Translate business requirements into scalable D365 F&SCM designs and integrate Power Platform and Azure AI services.
- Lead cross-functional teams through finance transformation, change management, user enablement, and AI-tool adoption.
- Oversee end-to-end implementations, including design validation, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.
- Engage C-level stakeholders and participate in sales pursuits through discovery, software demonstrations, project planning, proposals, and client presentations.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of ERP or financial systems experience, including at least 5 years of D365 F&SCM solution design experience.
- At least four full life-cycle implementations as the finance architect, including configuration experience.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, consolidations, treasury, and regulatory reporting.
- Deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM expertise and experience integrating Power Platform and Azure AI services.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven automation.
- Proven ability to engage C-level executives, lead strategy discussions, align technology with business objectives, and lead large-scale transformation and adoption initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and change-management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field preferred; MBA preferred.
- Microsoft certifications MB-310 and MB-700 strongly preferred; AB-100 is a plus.
- Willingness to travel 25%.
