Base Salary

$126k - $226k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery for complex opportunities and validate partner-led discovery for technical accuracy.
  • Design hybrid architectural solutions incorporating partner services, Autodesk workflows, and regional capabilities.
  • Build ongoing technical relationships with customers and partner technical stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain regional customer technical visions, roadmaps, and partner engagement plans.
  • Drive Autodesk-led and partner-led expansion motions and collaborate with sales teams on account strategy.
  • Lead resolution of customer technical issues across direct-delivered and partner-delivered workstreams.
  • Orchestrate Autodesk and partner technical specialists for demos, benchmarks, workshops, evaluations, and ROI modeling.
  • Interpret technical and business results for Account Executives, Customer Success, partners, and extended sales teams.

Requirements

  • Preferred bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of industry experience.
  • Solid understanding of the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
  • Technical knowledge using Autodesk software and solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, negotiation, consensus-building, teamwork, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and balance multiple priorities.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to travel up to 50–70%.
  • Ability to attend Autodesk-sponsored events such as sales kickoffs, training, or Autodesk University.
