Base Salary
$113k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead executive and stakeholder discovery workshops.
- Assess technology maturity, organizational challenges, and capability gaps.
- Develop strategic roadmaps and future-state solution architectures.
- Create presentations, architectural diagrams, integration concepts, ROI models, and business cases.
- Translate technical findings into business value and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Adobe sellers, account leaders, technical subject-matter experts, and client teams.
- Support solution positioning, technical storytelling, business development, and identification of licensing and growth opportunities.
- Advise clients on Adobe technologies, customer data platforms, personalization, analytics, content supply chain, and generative AI.
- Develop reusable frameworks, business case models, and discovery approaches.
Requirements
- Experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, pre-sales, or enterprise transformation leadership.
- Proven experience leading discovery workshops and executive stakeholder conversations.
- Experience building business cases, ROI models, and transformation roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of customer data, marketing technology, analytics, workflow management, or digital experience platforms.
- Experience partnering closely with sales organizations and account teams.
- Experience with multiple Adobe solutions and adjacent technologies, including Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Workfront, and GenStudio.
