Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex performance issues that the internal performance testing team has been unable to address.
- Analyze software architecture, system performance metrics, and performance bottlenecks.
- Conduct performance testing and validation and help develop or refine testing strategies and tools.
- Perform capacity planning, resource optimization, and application performance management.
- Identify issues proactively, recommend improvements, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to team discussions and work-related solutions.
- Share knowledge with and guide junior team members on performance engineering best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Kong Konnect.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and validation techniques.
- Experience with capacity planning and resource optimization in software environments.
- Familiarity with application performance management tools and problem resolution processes.
- Ability to analyze software architecture and diagnose complex system problems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
