Responsibilities
- Implement and support IAM solutions for enterprise workforce and applications.
- Design, build, and support secure configurations for enterprise application integrations.
- Engineer automated joiner, mover, and leaver processes using Okta and scripting tools.
- Author and maintain access governance policies and role-based access controls.
- Build monitoring and alerting systems for authentication and workflow issues.
- Implement GitOps workflows and infrastructure-as-code to enhance identity workflows.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade IAM processes using Okta or similar platforms.
- Expertise in identity federation and automation architectures, including OAuth, SAML, and OIDC.
- Experience supporting SSO, MFA, and user provisioning and lifecycle management.
- Proficient in writing automation logic using Python or PowerShell and using Terraform.
- Solid experience with Git-based version control and system health monitoring tools.
