Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of pre-admission testing workflows and hospital operations.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product management to define product requirements.
- Own the design, execution, and optimization of the PAT Assist product.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback.
- Ensure a seamless user experience that balances simplicity and rigor.
- Mentor and support cross-functional teammates across engineering.
- Deliver and communicate a cohesive product vision that aligns with company goals.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product engineering.
- Proven track record in delivering engineering solutions in a fast-paced remote startup environment.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Hands-on fullstack experience with Python and Typescript/React.
- A systems thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail.
- Passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems.
