Responsibilities
- Design and build production services using Python, C#, and related service technologies.
- Develop front-end functionality using Angular.
- Build and integrate features with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and EKS.
- Integrate LLM-backed capabilities using the Anthropic Claude API, Model Context Protocol, and related platform services.
- Contribute to AI Governance capabilities across explain, observe, and prevent areas.
- Own feature and component design, including implementation approaches, alternatives, and trade-off analysis.
- Estimate effort and challenge estimates, scope, dependencies, and technical direction when warranted.
- Mentor engineers and review their code and technical designs.
Requirements
- Strong demonstrated experience shipping production software.
- Proficiency in Python, working proficiency or hands-on experience in C#, and experience with PostgreSQL.
- Full-stack proficiency including Angular.
- Daily hands-on experience with an AI coding tool such as Claude Code, AWS Kiro, OpenAI Codex, or a comparable tool.
- Working knowledge of AWS services including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and EKS.
- Demonstrable experience building with LangChain, LangGraph, or a comparable agentic framework.
- Ability to design solutions from problem statements and evaluate alternatives and trade-offs.
- Baseline AI literacy and the ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs responsibly.
- Preferred: direct experience with the Anthropic Claude API and Model Context Protocol.
- Preferred: experience with explainability, observability, or guardrail requirements.
- Preferred: experience designing and delivering LLM-backed products, APIs, or AI-enabled production services.
- Preferred: experience guiding engineering trade-offs, reviewing technical designs, and mentoring engineers in full-stack product delivery.
