Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects and customers across LATAM to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
- Collaborate with sales directors and account executives to shape account strategies for GitLab adoption.
- Own technical evaluations, including proof of value activities and the design of technical workshops.
- Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual on Customer Success Plans to address technical risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders to foster GitLab advocacy.
- Act as the customer advocate by sharing feedback with internal teams.
- Maintain expertise in GitLab and related technologies through training and certifications.
- Educate customers on the value of the GitLab platform and modern software development practices.
- Run value stream assessments for key accounts to identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Latin America.
- Background in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or IT roles supporting a sales cycle.
- Experience with modern software development practices, including CI/CD and cloud environments.
- Understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle and DevSecOps practices.
- Ability to design and present technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Skill in building trusted relationships with customers and internal partners.
- Ability to work independently in a remote team and manage multiple priorities.
- Openness to learning new technologies and applying transferable skills.
