Responsibilities
- Design and champion internal Quality Programmes to drive engineering-wide process changes.
- Build SDLC observability pipelines to visualize engineering and quality telemetry.
- Define and enforce hard metrics for Key Quality Indicators related to deployment health.
- Architect Shift-Left Pipeline Gates for automated checks in the CI/CD pipeline.
- Build Real-World Load Testing to validate assumptions during customer onboarding.
- Engineer Synthetic Data & Production Canaries for safe load-testing.
- Leverage Generative AI Tooling to accelerate development and automate infrastructure code.
- Drive Tooling Consolidation to migrate away from legacy testing infrastructure.
- Help define and maintain development practices to ensure quality and fast iteration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development with proficiency in languages like Python or Go.
- Experience with modern developer infrastructure and production telemetry.
- Ability to instrument hard quality metrics and make engineering health visible.
- Strong product-oriented mindset with a focus on outcomes over output.
- Experience building and refactoring complex systems with IaC deployment patterns.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
- Hands-on experience with load and performance testing tools.
- Experience with AI in testing tools and architecture.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
