  • Build SDLC observability pipelines using APIs from the existing engineering tool stack and deliver self-service engineering health dashboards.
  • Define and automate reporting for deployment-health and software-quality metrics.
  • Architect pull-request pipeline gates for automated performance, security, and accessibility checks.
  • Build real-world load and performance testing systems for customer onboarding.
  • Develop safe synthetic-data injection and production-canary architecture that isolates test data from authentic user telemetry.
  • Use generative AI assistants to accelerate testing frameworks, infrastructure code, and advanced testing architectures.
  • Lead migration from expensive legacy testing infrastructure to a unified automation stack.
  • Maintain development practices through testing, documentation, and systems that enable fast, reliable iteration.

  • Experience with modern developer infrastructure, production telemetry, and querying, combining, and processing data from tool APIs.
  • Hands-on experience instrumenting engineering quality metrics such as deployment frequency, lead time for changes, time to restore, regression rate, release failure rate, PR-failure rate, code review depth, SLIs/SLOs, or error budgets.
  • Experience building or refactoring complex, often distributed systems and using declarative infrastructure-as-code deployment patterns.
  • Experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP and/or AWS.
  • Hands-on or developing experience with load and performance testing using tools such as k6, Locust, Gatling, or JMeter, including safe synthetic-data handling.
  • Experience with AI testing tools and architectures, including strategies for verifying and validating AI-generated code and infrastructure before merge.
  • Strong product-oriented thinking, communication, collaboration, and adaptability.
  • Comfort with regular early-morning or evening calls to collaborate with colleagues in Hong Kong.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary, equity opportunities, performance-based bonus, and regular compensation reviews.
