Responsibilities
- Advise clients throughout the onboarding and implementation lifecycle for ThreatMetrix solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable fraud detection rules and integration plans.
- Conduct technical workshops, solution walkthroughs, and configuration sessions.
- Implement the ThreatMetrix Dynamic Decision Platform and supporting SDKs, APIs, and policy configurations across web and mobile environments.
- Support technical troubleshooting, testing, and go-live activities.
- Configure custom rules and decisioning logic in the ThreatMetrix policy engine.
- Collaborate with engineering, fraud strategy, risk, product, pre-sales, and client stakeholders to resolve integration issues and align configurations with business goals.
Requirements
- Prior experience in software engineering or native or hybrid mobile application development.
- At least 2 years of experience in solution implementation for enterprise clients.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, and mobile SDKs for iOS or Android.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analytics capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, evaluation, consulting, and client management skills.
- Ability to influence decisions and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Understanding of digital identity signals, device fingerprinting, and behavioral biometrics is preferred.
- Experience writing business rules for real-time decisioning systems is preferred.
- Background in financial services, fintech, or e-commerce risk management is preferred.
- Familiarity with BioCatch, Kount, or Riskified is valued.
- Fluency in a second language, particularly Mandarin, is preferred.
