Responsibilities
- Create modular, reusable, and scalable ServiceNow Automated Test Framework test cases aligned to customer processes.
- Ensure test coverage for forms, server/client scripts, UI policies, business rules, workflow actions, Flow Designer, ACLs, integrations, Portal, Catalog UI, and custom scoped applications.
- Perform functional, integration, system, smoke, regression, and manual testing.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test reports, results, execution status reports, defect reports, and related documentation.
- Report and track defects using a defect management tool.
- Deploy ATF across multiple ServiceNow implementations and tracks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of overall ServiceNow development experience and functional testing experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework across multiple implementations.
- Experience deploying ATF within ServiceNow for various tracks.
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
- Experience with manual testing in an Agile Scrum software development process.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and software testing life cycle.
- Experience with functional, integration, system, smoke, and regression testing.
- Preferred experience automating web application testing with Selenium WebDriver and TestNG.
- Preferred experience automating web application testing with Playwright.
- Preferred API testing experience.
- Preferred experience with Jira, GitHub, Git, and Jenkins.
