Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and integrate scalable front-end and back-end enterprise application components.
- Build Java full-stack solutions and work with modern frameworks and cloud-native application technologies.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and delivery acceleration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support seamless integration and adoption.
- Deliver robust, high-performing software while maintaining engineering quality.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development lifecycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with one or more backend technologies including Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with front-end technologies including React, Angular, or Vue.js, and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
