Responsibilities
- Design and own scalable application architectures and enterprise Java microservices.
- Produce High-Level Design and Low-Level Design documentation.
- Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and adherence to coding and architectural best practices.
- Mentor development and QE teams on technical decisions.
- Coordinate with onshore client and partner teams on priorities, requirements, and milestones.
- Design AI-native architectures using RAG-based embeddings, agentic frameworks, LLM integrations, and Azure AI services.
- Implement memory management strategies for AI-powered applications.
- Drive DevOps automation and deployment pipelines.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of software engineering experience; 13+ years is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience serving as an architect for technical designs across on-premises and cloud systems.
- Expert proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Spring Batch.
- At least 3 years of AI-native architecture experience with RAG, LLM deployment, memory management, and cloud AI services.
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, model fine-tuning, and GenAI integrations.
- Strong knowledge of HLD, LLD, Maven, Git, CI/CD, and Autosys.
- RPM Packaging and Linux experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Subject matter expertise across multiple information systems disciplines, including business solutions, systems development, and security.
