Base Salary
$80k - $104k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical software support directly to clients.
- Resolve production issues and support issue tickets within client-specific service-level agreements.
- Track support issues, migration requests, and change requests using Jira.
- Build fixes, releases, migrations, and change requests, and package and deliver escrow materials.
- Perform software security scans, code reviews, defect resolution, improvements, feature work, and implementations.
- Participate in internal and client issue-tracking and ticket-review meetings.
- Provide after-hours phone support and travel to client or company sites as business needs require.
- Record time spent on projects and tasks according to company policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Software Development and 4+ years of Java software development experience, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of enterprise software is required; public health industry knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, technical problem-solving, communication, listening, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, manage competing priorities, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to remain calm and articulate in challenging situations and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with limited supervision.
