Responsibilities
- Implement and enhance pricing models supporting credit-risk management and valuation.
- Architect technical solutions with strategists and the modeling group based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain large-scale C++ applications and mission-critical credit-risk data infrastructure.
- Contribute to strategic technology initiatives and prioritize requests across diverse internal clients.
- Support systems processing OTC derivatives, listed derivatives, futures, options, repos, stock loans, and other counterparty-risk instruments.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in C++ object-oriented programming.
- Experience with Perl, Python, or Shell scripting and the UNIX platform.
- Ability to write SQL and understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Knowledge of Java is desired.
- Prior experience with financial products, particularly OTC derivatives, is advantageous.
- Exposure to counterparty risk, margining, collateral, or confirmation systems is desirable.
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
