Responsibilities
- Become a Platform Expert on Sentry's features.
- Resolve technical inquiries with a focus on teaching developers.
- Troubleshoot SDK implementations within specific codebases.
- Audit AI responses for accuracy and create examples of perfect answers.
- Curate documentation to support AI and human engineers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Support Engineer.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD, APIs, microservices, and observability.
- Exceptional communication skills for both users and developers.
- 5+ years of experience for Senior Support Engineer role, with a track record of owning complex problems.
