Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Manage and scale infrastructure for video ingestion and social features.
- Own the on-call rotation and drive incident response efforts.
- Conduct postmortems to prevent future incidents.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to meet infrastructure needs.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform.
Requirements
- Strong fluency in Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.
- Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch for user-facing features.
- Deep knowledge of GCP, including Kubernetes and managed services.
- Experience scaling and sharding relational databases like MySQL and Postgres.
- Ability to manage incidents calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
