Responsibilities
- Build APIs that enable other engineers to solve customer problems.
- Ensure systems are efficient, scalable, and reliable.
- Participate in company-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with application and front-end engineers.
- Design systems based on customer problems and needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in backend development.
- Ability to operate independently while seeking support when needed.
- Experience with AWS, Postgres, and Node.js.
- Strong judgment on tradeoffs and tools for problem-solving.
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
