Responsibilities
- Define business-aligned CRM strategies across sales, service, and marketing functions.
- Evaluate and recommend CRM platforms based on business requirements and industry practices.
- Analyze and redesign Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Cash, Service Management, and customer support processes.
- Build business cases for CRM transformation initiatives and demonstrate ROI.
- Lead client discussions on IT strategies, architecture solutions, implementation approaches, and organizational change.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for complex technical project modules and support implementations actively and on site.
- Lead teams, guide junior members, support proposals and client care, and identify new business opportunities.
- Contribute to practice development and strengthen the BCG Platinion brand.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of IT architecture experience focused on CRM solutions in consulting, preferably serving consumer goods, industrial goods, or retail clients.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle across sales, service, and marketing.
- Experience delivering complex CRM integrations with data lakes, ERP systems, analytical platforms, and messaging systems.
- Experience with commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Adobe Commerce, and integration platforms such as MuleSoft and Dell Boomi.
- Experience leading legacy integration and remediation using approaches such as facades and strangler approaches.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native development, API-led integrations, and synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end CRM business processes, including Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Cash, Service Management, and Marketing.
- Experience managing teams, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and travel to clients worldwide.
- University degree with above-average academic performance in a mathematical-scientific field, information technology, or business administration.
