Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal departments on system enhancements, problem resolution, and project requirements.
- Mentor and support junior developers and participate in cross-functional knowledge sharing and training.
- Develop, test, debug, and maintain full-stack application code aligned with business requirements.
- Design and implement user-facing features and backend services using PHP ecosystem frameworks and tools.
- Analyze and enhance existing systems and processes to improve performance and usability.
- Translate functional requirements into reliable and scalable application features.
- Maintain version control and follow established change management and development practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and process definitions.
- Support planning and estimation for project milestones and delivery objectives.
- Engage with external vendors for system integration or support when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a full-stack or application development role.
- Proven experience working with enterprise systems.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with relational database systems.
- Familiarity with version control systems and modern development workflows.
- Knowledge of software architecture, clean coding, testing, and scalable application development.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous-learning abilities.
