Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth analysis and technical support for systems software products.
- Perform complex problem resolution, design, development, and testing.
- Assist in planning and conversion for new hardware/software products.
- Maintain and debug software products, ensuring operational integration.
- Interface with customers to gather system requirements and resolve issues.
- Prepare product documentation and set standards for system efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of relevant experience in systems engineering and software development.
- Experience with APIs and Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
- Proficiency in BPMN tools and application/process automation software.
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
- BS or BA degree or four additional years of related experience.
- Secret clearance and compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
