Responsibilities
- Perform systems software analysis, technical support, complex problem resolution, design, development, testing, operational integration, and user support.
- Plan and convert new hardware and software products and conduct operating-systems planning, performance analysis, capacity planning, and hardware-upgrade evaluation.
- Develop or modify operating-system applications, including coding, benchmark testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Maintain, configure, and debug software products and prepare product documentation.
- Interface with support groups and customers to resolve problems, gather system requirements, and improve operating-system efficiency.
- Collaborate remotely with project managers, requirements analysts, Scrum Masters, developers, testers, and government stakeholders while following cybersecurity and CUI controls.
Requirements
- At least eight years of relevant experience in systems engineering and software development.
- Experience with APIs supporting low-code/no-code development platform models.
- Experience using low-code/no-code BPMN tools and developing process automation software from BPMN models.
- Experience with tools such as Appian, Salesforce, or Nintex, plus Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft .NET.
- Experience with Agile and hybrid low-code application development.
- A BS or BA degree, or four additional years of related experience.
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
- Secret security clearance.
- DoW-approved 8570 Baseline Certification at IAT Level I.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate or Certified MuleSoft Associate Certification within three months after onboarding.
